NENGI ADOKI

We developed The Most Toasted Girl web series with Nengi and kicked off with 3 self funded episodes and then embarked on a  successful crowdfunding campaign to raise funds for another 5.

The Indiegogo campaign lasted 40 days and makes The Most Toasted Girl Nigeria's first crowdfunded web series! 

We also garnered over 600k views over the period of 3 months and 20k new subscribers to her Youtube channel.

FALANA (2016-2018)

FALANA UNCOVER'D was a Pop-up concert series that invited audiences to explore the stories, style and sounds of Falana live in concert from June -September 2016, culminating at the Lagos City Hall.

Each month was at a different venue in Lagos that hadn’t been used for a live music performance before. In this way, we invited the audience to ‘uncover’ these new spaces with Falana as well as her music.

To promote this concert series, 37thstate produced 4 live music cover videos with Falana, again in line with the ‘uncovering’ theme, and also to introduce the audience to Falana live.
